Key Responsibilities
Manage leasing enquiries and applications
Coordinate ingoing condition reports
Assist with the leasing process through to tenancy commencement
Liaise with renters, rental providers and the team
Keep leasing paperwork organised and up to date
Support daily leasing operations
About You
We're looking for someone with
residential real estate experience
,



ideally in leasing, who is organised, proactive and keen to learn. You'll have good communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
An Agent's Representative Certificate is required.
