As our Private Clubs continue to expand, we're seeking a talented
Chef de Partie
to join our growing Wholefoods Restaurant team.
The Opportunity
Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll deliver an exceptional culinary experience across breakfast and lunch service, alongside curated take-home meals and exclusive member dining events.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Prepare and present exceptional dishes using premium organic, seasonal ingredients.
Maintain outstanding standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
Support the execution and development of innovative seasonal menus.
Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring seamless preparation and service.
Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
Manage stock rotation, daily preparation and inventory requirements.




Collaborate with the wider team to deliver an exceptional six-star member experience.
About You
1–2+ years' experience as a Chef de Parti...e or within a premium hospitality environment.
A passion for organic wholefoods, seasonal produce and exceptional cuisine.
Solid culinary skills with outstanding attention to detail.
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety knowledge.
A genuine commitment to exceptional hospitality standards.
