About the Role
Provide therapy to children with speech sound disorders, developmental delays, and communication challenges (including ASD).
Flexible split: Mix of being based from their clinic in Carnegie and seeing clients in schools or kinders – adjustable to your preferences.
Admin team handles billing and scheduling so you can focus on clients.
Weekly supervision plus frequent informal check‐ins.
Manageable caseload: build up to 4.5 billable hours per day (with flexibility for bonus days off if exceeding targets).

The Perks
Salary $85,000 – $115,000 + superannuation
Bonus of 20% of fees when exceeding billable targets.

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
