We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Full time
Service Advisor
to provide high quality administrative & customersupport to our Service Department in
Orange.
Our Service Advisor is responsible for:
Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
Managing our customers to the highest service standards
Liaising with the Service Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
Follow up calls
Providing assistance to the Service Manager when required
We are looking for someone who has:
Effective time management and organisational skills with high attention to detail
An ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
A robust team ethic and a willingness to assist others
The ability to work as both part as a team and autonomously
Current Driver's licence
Having a basic understanding of automotive & mechanical terminology would be advantageous, but not essential
Ultimately, we are looking for a 'Go-getter' with a willingness to learn. Previous experience will be highly regarded.
This is a full time position, with a competitive salary to be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on experience, knowledge and qualifications.
