We are an experienced and friendly organisation looking for aWarehouse Assistantwith a good attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork to join our team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure prompt delivery of well-presented packages to all of our customers - schools, individuals and distributors.
Some of your responsibilities but not limited to are:
Picking orders accurately using picking slips in a timely manner
Undertaking general warehouse duties, as required
Use of the forklift - Comfortable with Electric High Reach & Gas Counter balance




Packing and preparing orders for shipment using our online booking portal
Work with team members to ensure picking and packing efficiencies
Receiving/Unloading deliveries, including containers
Housekeeping of work environment
Basic administrative duties, Stocktakes,as required
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work setting
About you:
The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a warehouse doing pick packing work (desirable but not essential). Good attention to detail is essential.You must also be able to lift heavy boxes (up to *****kg) - trolley and equipment will be provided as required. Willingness to learn and good communication skills are also essential. Basic computer skills would be useful in this role. Having a forklift license and a drivers license is required.
