Corrections Victoria Community Corrections – South Morang VIC is seeking an Aboriginal Case Manager to oversee court-ordered clients across South Morang and Reservoir. You will conduct risk assessments, develop case plans and deliver culturally appropriate interventions to support rehabilitation while engaging with the Aboriginal Community.
This ongoing, full time role prioritises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and requires collaboration with the Koori Court and local support
