About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager with 3+ years of experience to join a growing team in the Western Suburbs. You'll manage your own residential portfolio with dedicated admin, inspections, compliance and maintenance support to make your day-to-day easier!
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a residential property portfolio.
Conducting routine inspections and completing reports.
Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and new tenancies.
Managing maintenance requests and repairs.
Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants.
Managing lease documentation, bonds and VCAT matters.
What We're Looking For




3+ years of residential Property Management experience.
Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
Good knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
