Mallee Track Health and Community Service in Ouyen is inviting applications for a Community Mental Health Clinician. This full time, fixed-term role (2 years) supports the PHN Mental Health Multidisciplinary Services Program across the MTHCS catchment.
The position delivers assessments, care coordination, case management, brief interventions, psychosocial supports, and service navigation to improve mental health outcomes for people in rural communities.
