We are seeking a reliable, organised and hands-on
Dispatch & Inwards Goods Officer
to join our production team at our Dandenong South facility.
This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of getting orders out on time.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Check finished goods against job paperwork to ensure orders are accurate and complete.
Arrange freight bookings and prepare consignment notes and dispatch documentation.
Receive incoming goods, check deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies or damaged stock.
Unload, move and store incoming materials and supplies in designated locations.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials are readily accessible.




Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure jobs are dispatched on time.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse and dispatch area.
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or inwards goods.
Strong attention to detail and positive organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
A reliable, proactive approach and a willingness to get involved.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and the ability to follow job paperwork and procedures.
A current forklift licence and forklift experience
