EVOLVEX Performance & Rehab is looking for a Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist or Chiropractor to join our growing clinic in Jamisontown. You'll work one-to-one with motivated private clients who are invested in their recovery, performance and long-term wellbeing.

What we offer
Start part-time, with the option to progress to full-time if you choose
Base safety-net salary of $90,000 pro rata, based on a full-time 38-hour week
Commission structure of *****% of appointment fees, plus superannuation, once commission exceeds the base safety net
Commission rate linked to agreed appointment-volume targets
Minimum target of 30 appointments per week, realistically achievable within approximately 21 hours per week
Opportunity to add hours and appointments as your caseload grows
One-to-one treatment sessions with no double-booking
More than 95% private clients with strong sporting demand

About the role
You'll deliver high-quality physiotherapy across a broad range of sports and musculoskeletal presentations.
You will:
Complete detailed assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide hands‐on treatment, rehabilitation and exercise programming
Support clients through recovery, return-to-sport and long-term management
Deliver high-quality care in one-to-one consultations
Build a caseload aligned with your clinical interests
Participate in weekly mentoring and case discussions
Work collaboratively with the EVOLVEX team to support patient outcomes
Build positive relationships with referrers and the local sporting community
Maintain accurate clinical records and professional documentation
Contribute ideas that improve clinical care and the patient experience
Your primary focus will be excellent clinical care. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to referral relationships and practice growth, with support from the team.

About you
You'll be a qualified Physiotherapist who enjoys working with people and is interested in sports, performance and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
You will bring:
A recognised Physiotherapy / Chiropractic degree
Current AHPRA registration
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
An interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Robust communication and patient-relationship skills
A commitment to evidence-based clinical practice
A willingness to participate in mentoring and ongoing learning
Good organisation and follow-through
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
Private practice, sports or musculoskeletal experience is highly regarded. Clinicians who are newer to private practice are welcome to apply if they have the right attitude and commitment to learning.
Location and working arrangements
The clinic is located in Jamisontown, NSW.
The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your preferred hours and availability. The agreed hours, induction process and performance expectations will be discussed clearly before commencement.
