Located at Queen Elizabeth Centre (QEC) with 24 beds, the role focuses on improving functional independence and discharge planning to optimise outcomes and quality of life.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and participate in a 7-day roster with am/pm/night shifts as required, contributing to high-quality,
