All Care 4 you pty ltd is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care team on a casual basis. The role is based in the South-East & West suburbs of VIC, offering versatile casual employment while delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
As part of the care team, you will assess residents, administer medications, create individual care plans, and work with GPs and families to ensure safe, optimal care that respects dignity and independence.
