My client has an immediate opening for a part time Talent Partner for short term six week leave cover.
This is a junior to mid-level role that requires prior experience in transactional and high volume recruitment, strong administrative skills, and (ideally) some Workday experience.
About the part time role
As a Talent Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders to understand their current and future hiring needs, providing expert recruitment advice and market insights to attract and secure outstanding talent. You'll take a proactive approach to sourcing, and build solid talent pipelines.
What you'll be doing
Build trusted stakeholder relationships and anticipate future recruitment needs.
Lead proactive sourcing and recruitment campaigns across a broad corporate portfolio.
Partner with workforce planning teams to identify and attract high-demand talent.
Champion the employee value proposition and employer brand.
Deliver a positive, engaging and inclusive candidate experience.
Support and guide Talent Partners to achieve quality recruitment outcomes.
Requirements




At least two years' experience in a Talent Partner, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, ideally supporting corporate functions.
Must be available to cover the complete six week period.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
Proven ability to source and attract high-quality talent in competitive markets.
Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, talent market trends and creative sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
Prior Workday experience is advantageous
