About the role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused
Service Concierge
to join our busy Service team.
This is a front-of-house role where you will play an important part in creating a great first impression for our guests arriving at the dealership for their service appointments.
You will help ensure our service driveway runs smoothly, our guests feel welcomed and valued, and every interaction reflects the high standards of the Toyota brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guests as they arrive for their service appointments and ensuring they receive a friendly, professional greeting.
Managing the flow of vehicles through the service driveway, particularly during busy morning and afternoon periods.
Assisting guests with parking and directing them to the appropriate areas of the dealership.
Offering refreshments and assisting guests with our customer amenities to make their visit as comfortable as possible.
Safely driving and parking customer vehicles, ensuring care is taken at all times.




Moving vehicles to and from designated service areas as required.
Communicating customer requests and special instructions to Service Advisors and other team members.
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional service reception and driveway.
Working closely with the Service team to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience from arrival through to departure.
About you
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
You will ideally have the following attributes:
A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Immaculate presentation and a professional manner.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
High attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting.
Confidence managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
A willingness to learn and take direction.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, automotive or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded.
A current, valid driver's licence and a responsible driving history.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
