Skill development & therapy support: assist with implementing occupational, speech, and behavioral therapy strategies under professional guidance.
Safety & wellbeing: monitor and report on participant progress, incidents, and health concerns; uphold privacy, dignity, and independence.
What's in It for You?
Competitive hourly rate based on your experience and qualifications (penalty rates for nights/weekends/public holidays).
SCHADS Award Pay Level 1.1 for entry level (with progression for further experience).
Industry-leading training: full induction, ongoing upskilling, and access to health professionals.
Adaptable work arrangements: choose shifts that suit your lifestyle across SIL, overnight, and community support roles.
Meaningful work: be part of a team committed to empowering people with disabilities and living our value of "choice, respect, independence."
Who We're Looking For
A compassionate and reliable individual who genuinely cares about making a difference.
Flexible and adaptable: available for a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
A strong communicator: you build good relationships with participants, their families, and your team.
Committed to high-quality care: you respect dignity, choice, and independence for each person you support.
Driver's license & reliable transport desirable (for community outings, travel between service sites).
Willingness to travel across the Mornington Peninsula/Frankston/Cranbourne region.
