An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an accomplished Perioperative Nurse Manager to join a well-established regional health service in Victoria. This is a rare opportunity to lead a skilled multidisciplinary perioperative team while playing a key role in the ongoing development and growth of Surgical Services. Working closely with a supportive executive team, you will have the opportunity to influence clinical care, strengthen team capability and drive operational excellence across the service.
As the Perioperative Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership across the Operating Suite, Day Procedure Unit and Central Sterile Services Department.

About You
Current AHPRA registration
Strong clinical and leadership experience in a peri‐operative setting
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build effective partnerships
Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and clinical projects
