Uniting AgeWell Limited is seeking a Care Manager for the Strath-Haven, Bendigo facility. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee clinical care, assessments, and care planning to optimise residents' quality of life.
The role requires current AHPRA Registered Nurse status and prior clinical management experience in aged care, with a focus on best-practice, person-centred care and staff mentoring. A permanent full time schedule Monday to Friday is expected.
