COS is seeking a Floor Manager in Melbourne to elevate the customer journey on the shop floor. You will lead with energy, coach Sales Advisors, and ensure a welcoming, high-performance store environment that reflects our brand.
You will analyse sales data with the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, and step into Store Manager duties when needed. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne with opportunities to develop leadership and product knowledge while enjoying staff perks.
