The French Beauty Academy's upcoming Sydney campus is currently looking for a
Customer Experience Team Leader
fulltime on campus Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm for a January intake!
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Reporting to the campus principle supporting in the efficient and effective running of the campus




Providing leadership to our existing customer experience team by role modelling and embodying the expectations of The French Beauty Academy
Answering the phones, greeting clients and being the escalation point for the receptionists
General administrative duties including mail, invoicing, data entry, system management and campus presentation
Providing support and training for any new staff members and encouraging ongoing development within the team
Successful applicants will have:
Solid background in front of house reception and customer service experience
Previous team leader / management experience is highly desirable
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A passion for providing the best customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and keep organised with competing priorities
