Ability Action Australia is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our North Lakes team in February ****. You will support NDIS participants in the NorthBrisbaneRegion, build team-oriented plans with families and carers, and implement person-centred strategies aimed at reducing restrictive practices.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage a caseload with ongoing monitoring, and contribute to empowering participants to lead fuller lives in community and home
