Branch Manager

The Opportunity
In this dynamic, 100% office-based leadership role, you will take full ownership of branch operations, drive local market growth, and lead a high-touch customer service team.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership:
Coach, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve peak performance, individual development goals, and high engagement.
Business Growth:
Execute local area marketing, corporate partner activities, and member acquisition strategies across Health, Life, and Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC).
Member Excellence:
Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring first-point resolution for enquiries and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Operational Management:
Manage branch resourcing,



budget parameters, risk compliance, and Fund operational standards.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Leadership:
Solid track record in leading, coaching, and developing teams in a retail, financial services, or health setting.
Sales & Service Drive:
Demonstrated success in meeting KPI targets and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Operational Capabilities:
Sound judgment under pressure, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Location:
Commutable to Clayton, VIC for full-time, on-site duties.
Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
is highly advantageous
