About the role
We are looking for a confident, people-focused Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from their first enquiry through to treatment. You may already be a Treatment Coordinator, or an experienced dental receptionist or assistant ready to step into a more consultative role.
Key responsibilities
Welcome new patients, understand their goals and guide them through their treatment journey
Explain treatment options and payment plans clearly and confidently
Coordinate treatment reservations, administration and patient follow-up
Support practitioners and help create a smooth, personal new-patient experience
Capture clinical before-and-after photographs and celebrate patient outcomes
About you
Experience as a Treatment Coordinator, or around three years in dental reception or assisting
Warm, professional communication, empathy and the confidence to build trust
Robust organisation, initiative and the ability to think on your feet
A positive team mindset and genuine openness to coaching and continuous improvement




Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting and radiology qualifications are welcome but not essential
