Rochford Wines is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Isabella's Restaurant's front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Hospitality Operations Manager, you will drive service standards, team development and seamless daily operations at Isabella's.
You will oversee bookings, staff rosters and coordination with the Cellar Door team to promote wine-tasting experiences and wedding events, while ensuring cost control and labour efficiency.
