Working closely with fellow educators, families and leadership, you'll play an important part in supporting each child's growth, development and wellbeing while helping to foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working with Children Check
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
A thoughtful and reflective approach to practice
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A team-first mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider service community
Genuine passion for supporting children during their early years
Highly Valued
Previous experience within a school-based ELC or high-performing early learning service
Exposure to inquiry-led or project-based learning approaches
Interest in contemporary early childhood philosophies that promote child-led learning, creativity and exploration
