KebabG Authentic Mediterranean Grill Restaurant in Geelong West VIC is seeking a skilled chef to lead our kitchen and deliver authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes.
In this hands-on role you will oversee daily kitchen operations, prepare and present high‐quality kebabs, grilled meats, breads and mezze, manage stock and food prep, and ensure food safety. You will contribute to menu planning, coach staff and coordinate with front‐of‐house for timely service.
