A typical day may include
Assisting with marketing and campaign execution
Attending inspections and assisting the sales team with buyer enquiries
Supporting active campaigns and vendor communication
Coordinating key stages of the sales process including building inspections and valuations
Liaising with signage and photography for campaign execution
Prospecting and building your own database
Shadowing negotiations and strategy discussions

Successful real estate agents come from a variety of different backgrounds. Ideally, you need a good understanding of the rigours of purchasing real estate and preferably live locally.
