Rochford Winery (il Vigneto) in the Yarra Valley is seeking an experienced Pizza & Pasta Chef to join a small, qualified kitchen team. The role centers on wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, handmade pasta, antipasti and desserts using seasonal produce and estate wines.
Ideal candidates are experienced in Italian cuisine, comfortable leading a section, and available for a 3-day trading week with Friday lunch, Saturday lunch & dinner, and Sunday lunch.
