What You'll Need
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support,



or first-year nursing with aged care placement
Experience in aged care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date vaccinations as per Australian Immunisation Handbook
Your Role
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Provide emotional support and companionship
Promote independence and wellbeing
Maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
