Perfectly located in the centre of the CBD, a 5 minute walk from Flinders Street station and 15 minutes from Southern Cross, with early bird parking available nearby
Support the Centre Leader and lead dental assistants

Duties & Responsibilities
Support the Centre Leader and team to ensure smooth, efficient operations, including:
Stock Control:
Assist with ordering within budget
Reporting:
Support financial tasks and daily reconciliations
Rostering:
Support staff scheduling
Team Leadership:
Train, guide and motivate the DA team
Patient Experience:
Deliver warm, professional patient care
Clinical Compliance:
Maintain adherence to regulations and practice policies

Skills & Attributes
You're an energetic, people-focused leader with:
Strong dental industry experience (leadership experience ideal)
Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience)
Confidence motivating and supporting a team
Willingness to jump in wherever needed
Reliability, excellent communication, and high standards
