OMNIA Clinical Talent is seeking an experienced Medical Secretary/Practice Manager to support the setup and ongoing operations of a private orthopaedic practice in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The role involves 1:1 support of the surgeon, diary management, and coordinating theatre lists with hospitals and anaesthetists.
You will manage patient admissions, billing, and Gentu/Eclipse billing workflows, training admin staff, and ensuring a patient-first service while building a solo practice.
