The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, efficient, and safe tyre fitting across a diverse fleet, including passenger cars, 4WDs, commercial trucks, and agricultural machinery. This position requires a high degree of versatility, as you will operate both within the workshop environment and out in the field using our mobile service vehicle. The role involves participating in the after-hours on-call roster to support our agricultural and commercial clients when emergency roadside or farm service is required.
Key responsibilities
Fit, repair, and replace tyres for cars, 4WDs, trucks, and agricultural machinery
Operate tyre fitting and balancing equipment with precision and care
Conduct in office service calls for breakdowns, including roadside assistance and farm visits
Participate in an on-call roster to provide emergency tyre services outside regular hours
Inspect tyres and wheels for wear, damage, and safety compliance




Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers about work performed
Handle heavy lifting and work safely with tools, jacks, and other equipment
About you
Experience in tyre fitting is not required but highly regarded.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently on-site and as part of a team in the workshop
Current driver's licence
Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and respond to urgent jobs
Commitment to safety procedures and customer satisfaction
