We are seeking a Change and Communications Analyst to support a significant business and technology transformation program within a leading organisation.
You will be responsible for:
Develop and deliver communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities
Conduct change impact assessments, identify business readiness requirements
Create engaging communications, training materials, leader briefings and supporting documentation
Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to coordinate change activities
Monitor change adoption, identify risks and issues, and support continuous improvement
You will have:
Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst, Communications Analyst
Robust experience developing and delivering change communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working within Agile delivery environments, supporting system implementations
