We are looking for an experienced
Desktop Support Officer - End User Computing (EUC)
to provide onsite and remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands- on experience in desktop support, Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 desktop and EUC support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
Support Windows *****, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or other IT ticketing tools.
Perform device installation, configuration, deployment, upgrades, and break/fix activities.




Support Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and MECM/SCCM for endpoint management.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Assist with endpoint security, MFA, BitLocker, antivirus, and system recovery.
Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate device replacements, repairs, and warranty claims.
Prioritise incidents, meet SLA requirements, and escalation complex issues when necessary.
Provide meeting room and conference room technology support.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Required Skills & Experience
4-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT End User Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows ***** and Microsoft 365 applications.
Hands- on experience with Active Directory, Intune, and MECM/SCCM.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service model
in a similar role
4+ years of relevant experience.
