The Role
As our Service Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the Service Department, ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience. You will oversee a high-volume workshop, lead a team of skilled technicians and advisors, and ensure our operations run efficiently and profitable.

Team Leadership:
Mentor, manage, and motivate a large service team to hit KPIs and maintain a culture of excellence.

What You Bring to the Table
Proven Experience:
You have a solid track record as a Service Manager or Senior Assistant Service Manager within a franchised dealership with at least 3 years experience.
Technical Savvy:
While you're in the office, you speak the language of the workshop fluently.
Leadership:
You know how to build a team that actually wants to come to work.
Adaptability:
You can pivot quickly in a rapid-paced environment.
