You'll help create a positive club atmosphere, promote memberships and personal training services, and contribute to the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the club.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service to members and visitorsBuild positive relationships and create a welcoming club environmentSupport members on the gym floor with exercise guidance and equipment usePromote memberships, personal training services and club programsAssist with personal training sessions where requiredMaintain the cleanliness, presentation and safety of the Health ClubComplete daily operational tasks and club administrationSupport team goals and contribute to a positive workplace cultureAbout YouYou are energetic, approachable and passionate about health and wellbeing.
