The Role
As an Electrical Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring safe, profitable and successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
Leading and mentoring site teams and subcontractors
Managing project programmes, budgets and forecasts
Coordinating procurement, labour and resources
Maintaining strong client relationships




Managing variations, contracts and commercial outcomes
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
Driving project performance, productivity and client satisfaction
About You
You are a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Sound commercial and financial management experience
Experience managing project scope, variations and contractual obligations
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
A proactive, professional and self-motivated approach
Qualifications
Electrical Trade Qualification and/or Electrical Engineering Degree
Site/Project Management qualifications highly regarded
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence
