The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our highly successful Special Applications & Aftermarket business, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
The successful candidate will work closely with the business and sales segments to service and process international and external customer enquiries, while providing support on HELLA products to the HELLA customer base.
Receive & process all sales orders accurately, and in a timely manner.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Attend to customer queries professionally and with due diligence.
Provide technical support to customers.
Communicate with internal stakeholders & departments within HELLA.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:
Relevant experience with SAP/ERP system or similar.




Proven experience in a busy customer service environment.
Auto electrical background or relevant trade experience is highly regarded.
Automotive parts interpretation experience is highly regarded.
High level of professional communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail (data entry & numbers).
Ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
Ability to work independently.
Customer focused mindset.
Knowledge of warranty and credit process is advantageous.
Robust problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
