SafeWork NSW is seeking a People and Culture Advisor to provide expert workforce advice, support leaders, and help build an inclusive, high-performing workplace. The role offers hybrid work arrangements across Parramatta, Sydney, or Gosford and is paid at Salary Grade 7/8 starting from $116,981 base plus super.
The successful candidate will deliver customer-focused HR services, manage HR/ER cases, navigate legislation, and coach leaders to achieve strategic outcomes in a busy workplace.
