Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical care and drive improvements across a home. Reporting to the head of the home, you will apply your nursing expertise to enhance residents' wellbeing and care quality.
You will mentor carers and nurses, oversee clinic operations, manage stock, budgets, and reporting, and develop robust care programs that set the standard for the home.
