About the Role Townsville Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Retail Manager to oversee and support our busy automotive service operations. Be Doing
Lead and support a team of automotive technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Monitor team performance, productivity and operational efficiency to ensure business targets are achieved.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee performance and overall department profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and expectations are met.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective communication and seamless operations.

Proven experience in automotive retail, dealership service or fleet service operations, preferably in a management or leadership role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and support a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to building lasting customer relationships.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy automotive environment.
