Bega Group is seeking a Commercially minded Collections & Claims Manager to lead the Grocery Collections & Claims team of six, strengthening cash flow and customer partnerships across our quick-moving consumer goods operations.
You will drive automation, RPA and cloud-based solutions, partner with cross-functional leaders, and shape continuous improvement across Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and IT to elevate credit capability.
