As a Disability Support Worker, you will support participants with their daily activities, community participation and personal goals while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
Key responsibilities
Providing person-centred support based on individual needs and support plans
Assisting with daily living and household activities
Supporting participants to access the community and attend appointments or activities
Promoting independence, choice and social inclusion
Maintaining qualified boundaries and participant confidentiality
Completing required documentation and reporting
Working collaboratively with participants, families and other support professionals
About you




Minimum Certificate III in Disability or a related qualification
Current First Aid Certificate
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Australian Driver Licence
Reliable access to transport
A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
Excellent communication, reliability and a person-centred approach
