Beauty and Skincare Expert/Pharmacy Assistant
to join our team in Campbelltown, NSW. This is a
full-time position
that combines customer service excellence with expert product knowledge in beauty and skincare. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised beauty advice and pharmacy support to our diverse customer base, helping them find the right products and solutions for their individual needs. This position offers the opportunity to work in a agile retail environment where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and business success.
Key responsibilities
Provide expert beauty and skincare advice to customers, conducting skin assessments and recommending appropriate products and treatments
Deliver exceptional customer service across the beauty and pharmacy departments, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping experience
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of skincare ranges, cosmetics, beauty tools and pharmacy items
Develop and implement beauty product displays and promotions that attract and engage customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Assist customers with product selection, application demonstrations and beauty consultations
Support pharmacy operations by assisting with stock rotation, inventory management and maintaining store standards
Build lasting customer relationships by providing consistent, personalised service and follow-up care
Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and industry developments
Maintain compliance with health, safety and retail regulations
What we're looking for
Proven experience in beauty retail, skincare consultation or a similar customer-facing role within the beauty and services industry
Extensive knowledge of skincare products, cosmetics,



beauty treatments and current beauty trends
Strong understanding of different skin types, concerns and suitable product recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups
Demonstrated ability to provide personalised beauty advice and product consultations
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
A professional appearance and genuine passion for beauty and skincare
Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty, skincare or cosmetology are highly desirable
Retail or pharmacy experience is advantageous
