We are looking for **Casual & Part Time Bartenders** who can join a team of professionals committed to delivering a unique and exceptional bar and dining experience in Melbourne's newest hospitality destination. **Availability across 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, is essential.** We are looking for team members who can provide flexibility across evening and weekend shifts.

What we need from you
Experienced - with a robust interest in wine, you'll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks. Ideally with formal bartending training a distinct advantage.
Have an appreciation and sound knowledge of food and service.
Courteous and kind with a can-do attitude.
Fitness - you'll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling.
Strength - sometimes you'll need to lift, push or pull.
Literate - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths.
Flexible - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
Compliant - as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you'll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language, with an RSA.
Articulate - a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
