Role Overview
Mandatory: Certificate III & PR or Australian citizenship
Salary guide: $50- $61 ph + Car + fuel + uniform
Location: Northern Melbourne metropolitan region, servicing metro
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain a variety of air conditioning systems including ducted, split, and compact ducted solutions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems designed for premium residential and boutique commercial environments.
Travel to various metropolitan job sites within the northern sector.
Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects meet quality standards.
Manage client interactions by providing professional technical advice and support.
Maintain personal tools, vehicle, and work gear, with company uniform provided.
Work hours generally run early morning to mid-afternoon, with options for additional hours and weekend shifts.

What We Require
Certificate III or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
