In this hands-on, customer-focused role, you'll diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving vehicles fitted with Safari products. You'll work directly with customers and internal teams to find practical solutions and manage enquiries through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email and remote access.
Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive hardware, software and vehicle-related issues.
Manage and prioritise customer cases, following up to ensure resolution.
Explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of knowledge.
Identify recurring issues,



assist with root cause investigations and escalate complex cases.
Work with internal teams to deliver timely, effective solutions.
About You
Automotive experience is essential
, including mechanical and/or electrical experience with 4x4 vehicles.
Experience troubleshooting automotive equipment, software and technical products.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
A logical, practical approach to problem-solving.
Robust organisational skills and the confidence to take ownership of customer issues.
A proactive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn new products and systems.
Ability to work independently and within a small team.
A current Victorian driver's licence.
