Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery, part of the Accor network, seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead daily operations across Pastore, Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, Conference & Events and In-Room Dining. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering luxury guest experiences, coaching Supervisors and teams, and balancing service excellence with operational needs.
You'll work closely with the Executive Chef and management team, support recruitment and rostering, and ensure safety
