About the role
Join Gippsland Grammar as a Gap Assistant and play a key role in supporting students, staff, and school programs across our campuses. This varied and rewarding position combines administration, event support, and assistance with student Programs. Responsibilities include reception and clerical duties, supporting excursions and camps, assisting with school events and contributing to a positive student experience.
About you
The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, enjoy working with young people, and be willing to participate in the full life of the School, including camps, co-curricular activities, and student wellbeing initiatives. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.
