We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team, servicing an established network of golf courses and commercial turf maintenance customers across Victoria and South Australia.

The Opportunity
Based in or around Melbourne, you'll manage an established customer territory covering Greater Melbourne, Geelong and Bellarine, Daylesford, Yarra Valley, Mornington Penninsula, The Goldfields, The Grampians, The Murray, High Country, Gippsland regions and beyond.
You'll be out on the road, building relationships with golf course superintendents, greenkeepers and commercial turf maintenance professionals, providing products and solutions to meet their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing an established customer base while developing new business opportunities.
Building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Promoting and selling our extensive range of equipment, mechanical parts, accessories and specialist greenkeeping products.




Providing practical product advice and solutions.
Planning your territory and working towards sales targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the industry and has a genuine passion for golf, turf and machinery.
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in greenkeeping, golf course maintenance, turf management, outdoor power equipment or related sales.
Sound mechanical aptitude and product knowledge.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout your territory.
Sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.

A Role That Fits the Industry

This is a primarily Monday-to-Friday role, with early starts and finishes often part of the working day. You'll enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule while ensuring customers receive the service they need.
Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, you'll work independently with the backing of an established and supportive team.
