Accounts Accounts Collection Officer – NDIS Plan Managers | 2 Days a Week |
You'll be responsible for following up and collecting outstanding payments, mainly from NDIS plan managers. Day to day, this includes:
Following up overdue invoices by phone and email
Liaising with NDIS plan managers to resolve payment queries
Reconciling payments and keeping accounts up to date
Keeping transparent records of correspondence and follow-ups
Flagging any issues early so nothing slips through the cracks
About you
Experience working with NDIS plan managers
Background in accounts receivable, credit control or debt collection
Confident and courteous on the phone
Organised, reliable and able to work independently
